The Institute of Real Property Valuers in Rwanda (IRPV) officially held its Board Handover Ceremony on Friday, August 28, 2026, at M-Hotel in Kigali. The event brought together members of the leadership of Regulatory Council, outgoing and incoming Board of Directors, and secretariat to celebrate the accomplishments of the past three years and officially welcome the new executive team.
During the ceremony, the institute expressed its heartfelt gratitude to the outgoing 2023–2026 Board of Directors and committee members, to honor their dedicated service, hard work, and continuous leadership in developing the property valuation sector in Rwanda.
Over the past three years, the departing leadership achieved significant growth for the institute. The number of certified practicing valuers expanded to 303 professionals nationwide, while the use of the Igenagaciro digital platform grew tremendously to nearly 72,000 registered valuation reports. The outgoing board also improved institutional revenue, updated internal regulations, and advanced the adoption of national valuation standards to ensure transparency and trust in the industry.
The entire IRPV community warmly congratulates the newly elected Board of Directors. Building on a strong foundation of progress and financial stability to guide the institute toward an even brighter future.
