NDAYISABA SERUCACA Cedric is a real estate professional with seven years of experience and 360-degree knowledge across the real estate value chain, spanning land administration, real estate development, brokerage, property and facilities management, property valuation, real estate investment advisory and research. This broad exposure, gained across different institutions and companies, gives him a holistic understanding of the real estate industry from land administration and development to asset management, valuation and investment decision-making.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Estate Management and Valuation from the University of Rwanda, College of Science and Technology, and is pursuing a Master of Science in Environmental Economics and Natural Resource Management at UNILAK. He is pursuing membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) as a Chartered Valuation Surveyor (MRICS), having completed the RICS Foundation in Valuation Methodology and earned 150 CPD credit points.
Cedric is Founder, Managing Director and Senior Certified Valuer at ESTATIQ GROUP LTD, a fully-fledged property company, and a senior professional at CENTURY REAL ESTATE LTD, a leading real estate firm in Rwanda. His professional development includes Engineering Project Management from Rice University, Texas, USA, and Professional Facilities Management from ALPHAMED Facilities Training Centre, Lagos, Nigeria. He has also served as a guest lecturer at the University of Rwanda’s Department of Estate Management and Valuation and a property education trainer through his establishment, ESTATIQ Education Center.
