Nadine UMUTONIWASE is a Real Estate Expert with over 10 years of professional experience in property valuation, estate management, surveying, expropriation, and real estate advisory services in Rwanda. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Estate Management and Valuation from the University of Rwanda, College of Science and Technology and is a Certified Real Property Valuer recognized by the Regulatory Council for Real Property Valuation in Rwanda.
As Board Secretary of the Institute of Real Property Valuers (IRPV), Nadine brings her technical expertise, leadership, and strong commitment to professional ethics, good governance, transparency, accountability, and continuous professional development. She is dedicated to supporting the advancement of professional standards and strengthening the credibility of the real property valuation profession in Rwanda.
Nadine is also the Managing Director of Eagle Realty Co. Ltd, where she leads Property valuation and real estate assignments for financial institutions, courts, insurance companies, businesses, and private clients. Her professional journey reflects a commitment to excellence, integrity, and building trust in real property valuation.
