UWERA Daphine Evelyn is a certified Valuer Member and a Treasurer of Board of Directors of Institute of Real Property Valuers.
Evelyn Holds a Master of Business Administration in Management from the Adventist University of Central Africa and a bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management and Valuation from KIST.
Evelyn has been a practicing valuer for over 10 years and is now a chief at Valuer at Imuvera Ltd, with experience in property Valuation, inspection, market research, reporting, and providing professional advice on property investment, sales, purchases, insurance, taxation, and financing.
She is an experienced property manager with over 13 years of experience in facilities management and financial management. She currently serves as Manager, Estate/Properties at BPR BANK RWANDA, where she oversees property and facilities operations, construction-related projects, budgeting, maintenance, and team management.
